Policy for Creating a Developer Account by Salla

• A developer account will be created by Salla if the merchant wishes to do so, and the merchant shall bear the setup fee costs.

• The setup fee (990 SAR) does not include subscription fees for the Apple App Store and Google Play.

• The time required to create the account depends on the merchant's cooperation with the Salla team in providing the required information.

Policy for Renewing or Cancelling the App Maker Service Subscription

• The merchant must be subscribed to one of Salla's paid packages when requesting a subscription renewal.

• The app service cannot be cancelled and refunded unless Salla is unable to service the store's business activity.

Charity Apps Policy

• The steps for creating the developer account are to be completed by the merchant.

• Creating a developer account requires verification of the charity organization with TechSoup.

• Creating a developer account requires verification of the charity organization with Benevity.

• Creating a developer account requires a DUNS number.

• The service requires a commercial registration specific to the charity organization.

• There is a possibility of app rejection or delayed publication, which depends on Apple.

App Update Policy

• Updating non-editable app data requires purchasing the update service.
