Campaign Terms and Conditions – Saudi National Day 96 Offers

Salla for Information Technology and Communications Company ("Salla") is presenting the Saudi National Day 96 Offers Campaign ("Campaign") in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. Campaign Duration

The Campaign is valid from September 7, 2026 until the end of September 30, 2026. The offers apply to subscriptions completed and paid in full during the Campaign period, in accordance with the eligibility criteria specified below.

2. Campaign Offers

• First: New Subscribers Offer – 50% Discount

  • New merchants receive a 50% discount on annual or two-year subscriptions for both the Plus and Pro plans (the updated prices are shown directly before and after the discount on the payment and subscription page).

  • For the purposes of this Campaign, a "new merchant" refers to a customer who has not previously subscribed to any paid Salla plans, whether through their current account or through another store or account linked to them, according to the data and information available to Salla at the time of eligibility verification.

  • The new subscribers offer cannot be used more than once. Creating a new store or account does not affect the merchant's eligibility if they have previously subscribed to a paid plan on the Salla platform.

• Second: Current and Former Merchants Offer – 30% Discount

  • Eligible merchants receive a 30% discount on annual or two-year subscriptions for both the Plus and Pro plans (with the base price and the discounted price displayed on the control panel).

  • The offer includes the following categories:

    1. Merchants currently subscribed to an annual plan who have entered their designated renewal grace period.

    2. Merchants subscribed to a monthly plan who upgrade to an annual or two-year subscription.

    3. Merchants whose Salla subscription has expired and who wish to resubscribe to one of the plans covered by the offer.

  • Exceptions: The offer does not include renewing a monthly subscription for the same monthly plan.

3.  5-Order Guarantee

• The 5-order guarantee applies exclusively to new merchants who benefit from the 50% discount offer.

• Eligible orders are counted during the period from the activation date of the subscription covered by the offer until December 1, 2026.

• If the merchant's store does not achieve five (5) eligible orders during this period, the merchant can request to benefit from the guarantee in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

• The guarantee is limited to the refund specified in Section (6) and does not guarantee sales, profits, or a specific number of customers.

4.  Eligible Orders for the Guarantee

An order is counted as an eligible order for the guarantee when it meets all of the following conditions together:

1. It must be a genuine order from an actual customer of the store.

2. Its value must be paid through an electronic payment method supported by Salla.

3. The order must not be canceled or refunded.

4. The order must not be a test order, fake, or resulting from the merchant buying from their own store.

5. The order must not be the result of manipulation, fraud, or usage that violates the Campaign terms.

• Salla verifies orders based on the data and records available to it, and orders that do not meet the conditions mentioned above will not be counted as eligible orders.

6.  Requesting Benefit from the Guarantee

• Requests to benefit from the guarantee must be submitted exclusively through Salla's approved support channels within a maximum period of 14 days from December 1, 2026.

• Salla will review the request and verify that the guarantee conditions are met. Entitlement will be approved after the verification process is successfully completed.

7.  Refund

• When the guarantee conditions are met, the subscription value actually paid after applying the Campaign discount will be refunded, in accordance with the invoices and records registered with Salla.

• The due amount will be refunded exclusively as a balance in the merchant's Salla wallet, which can be used to subscribe to or renew Salla plans, or purchase services and add-ons available on the platform.

• Cancellations and refunds related to subscriptions are subject to Salla's applicable Subscription and Refund Policy, in addition to any rights granted to the merchant under applicable laws and regulations.

8.  Non-Combination of Offers

• Campaign offers cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional code, coupon, or offer, unless otherwise specified by Salla.

• In the event that more than one offer applies to the merchant, the offer whose conditions are met will be applied as displayed to them upon completing the subscription process.

9.  Unauthorized Use

• Salla verifies the eligibility of the merchant, subscriptions, and orders associated with the Campaign.

• In the event that the offer is proven to be used in a manner that violates its conditions—including providing incorrect data, creating multiple accounts or stores to obtain the offer more than once, or creating fake or self-orders to meet the 5-order guarantee conditions—Salla may cancel the benefit from the offer or guarantee, in accordance with the platform's terms of use and applicable laws and regulations.

10.  Store Responsibility

• The merchant is solely responsible for operating their store, managing products, pricing, marketing, payment and delivery methods, and the services provided through their store.

• Salla does not guarantee that the store will achieve a certain number of sales or orders, and the 5-order guarantee is limited to the refund specified in these terms when its regulatory requirements are met.

11.  Taxes and Billing

• Subscriptions, discounts, and refunds are, by their nature, subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other applicable tax requirements. Invoices are issued in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

12.  General Provisions

• These terms and conditions apply alongside the Salla Platform Terms of Use and related policies, provided they do not conflict with the provisions of this Campaign or applicable laws and regulations.

• These terms and conditions do not affect any rights granted to the merchant under the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13.  Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Campaign or these terms and conditions, the competent legal authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over it.
