Our goal is to facilitate e-commerce and create a reliable and secure trading environment for everyone. Therefore, and based on this principle, it is strictly prohibited to sell the following products and services in general or in private:

1. Any product/service containing gambling, mystery boxes, or any unguaranteed random product.

2. Any product/service that may lead to any physical or psychological harm in any way.

3. Any pirated content or subscriptions and everything that violates intellectual property and copyright laws.

4. Any sexual or pornographic product/service, or anything that promotes it.

5. Any product/service containing fortune-telling or predicting the unseen.

6. Pre-selling a product that has not yet been officially released by the parent company.

7. Lack of proof of sale within the order; this applies to ready-made products (waybill) and digital products and services (codes and digital content).

8. Reselling the waybill to any other party or misusing it to ship products that are not within the online store.
